Before Your Stay
We're thrilled to welcome you to Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island. Please review our travel policies in advance of your stay, and feel free to contact us with further questions.
Deposits & Cancellations
We ask that your reservation be secured by full advance payment for all evenings at time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your advance payment. Cancellations received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. Full prepayment, including tax, will be charged at time of booking.
Traveling with Children
Castle Hill Inn has been welcoming families for generations. Family-friendly accommodations include our beachfront rooms as well as our Harbor Houses. Rooms in the Agassiz Mansion cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.
Pet Policy
Castle Hill Inn welcomes pet parents to select a dog-friendly room in the Harbor House or Beach Cottages. Each of these rooms feature a queen-size bed; Beach Cottages also have pull-out sofa-beds. We do not accept pets in the Agassiz Mansion, Beach House rooms, or in restaurant spaces including the Lawn, The Dining Room, Mansion Bar, and Terrace Bar and Beach. With over 40 acres to explore, there ample walking paths on our grounds for you and your pooch!
