The Retreat at Castle Hill by Farmaesthetics is a boutique spa rooted in the earth itself. Every product used in our face and body treatments is made with organically grown herbs and flowers sourced from American family farms, many of them harvested from local seaside farmlands just miles from this peninsula. Treatments are offered in a private mansion suite overlooking the estate in an atmosphere as carefully considered as the formulations themselves.

Rooted in Rhode Island, Farmaesthetics was founded by Brenda Brock, who first made her handmade herbal skincare preparations available at a rural farm stand in 1999.
