Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to the full cost of the treatment.
Gratuity
All treatment costs include gratuity. If, for any reason, you do not believe this is merited, please let your therapist or the front desk know. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the finest boutique spas among Rhode Island luxury hotels.
Appointment arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. You may check in at the front desk, where you will be escorted to The Retreat.
