History Tour

The history of Castle Hill Inn is as varied as its terrain and stunning water views. Join the property’s Managing Director, Brian, on a journey to uncover the forgotten tales of the land and the Inn that is Castle Hill. Take a look back and appreciate what our magical 40 acres have to offer.

Tours begin at 11:00am, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Meet Brian at “Downwind,” the sailboat sculpture on the lawn.

Bird-Watching with the Norman Bird Sanctuary

In partnership with the Norman Bird Sanctuary, join one of their naturalists for a guided walk across Castle Hill Inn’s 40 acres. During this one-hour walk, you will take in the sights and natural residents of Castle Hill Inn. This is a great excuse to borrow a pair of our Swarovski Optik binoculars to enhance your adventure, available at the front desk.

Meet at 10:00am by the fireplace inside Agassiz Mansion.

Chef's Garden Tour
