At Castle Hill Inn, our culinary team brings together seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and refined techniques to create dishes that are both thoughtful and memorable. Complemented by a wine program consistently recognized by Wine Spectator as among the world’s best, dining at the Inn is a defining part of the experience.
All dining and bar experiences at Castle Hill Inn will reopen for the season on May 22. In anticipation of opening, reservations will begin May 8. From May 8 through June 1, bookings will be available on a 14-day rolling window; beginning June 1, reservations will be released on a 30-day rolling basis.
A Coastal New England Culinary Adventure
Led by the creative vision of Chef Quentin Diez, Aurelia presents a refined six-course tasting menu celebrating the best of Coastal New England. Each dish draws from the region’s seasonal bounty- fresh seafood, local produce, and artisanal ingredients- crafted with imagination and precision.
Set against sweeping views of Narragansett Bay, Aurelia’s dining rooms provide a backdrop as dynamic as the menu itself. As the coastal landscape evolves with the seasons, so too does the culinary experience- creating a thoughtful and ever-changing journey for each guest.

We welcome parties of up to 12 guests. For parties of 5 or more, our team is pleased to assist with making reservations directly by phone or by emailing dining@castlehillinn.com to ensure the best possible experience. Private events and overnight guests of the Inn may access extended booking availability.
Settle in and linger at The Terrace Bar, where sweeping coastal views set the stage for a relaxed, open-air experience. Enjoy selections from The Lawn Terrace menu alongside a range of refreshing cocktails and coastal favorites- from a Rosé Watermelon Regatta to our grand shellfish tower and a classic New England Lobster Roll.
The Adirondack Bar offers a relaxed, open-air setting with sweeping coastal views, centered around a curated selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and refreshing beverages. Enjoy both walk-up and roaming cocktail service, with Adirondack chairs available on a first-come, first-served basis- perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand and the bay as your backdrop.
Beginning May 22, guests may reserve a private Adirondack Experience on the Lawn- an elevated alternative to first-come seating. Four distinct sections, styled with classic Adirondack chairs and framed by planters, offer a more intimate setting with dedicated cocktail service. Reservations open May 8.
Each section accommodates 6–12 guests for 2.5 hours, with a $30 per person cover charge, exclusive of food and beverage. A curated add-on menu will be available, as the full Lawn menu is not offered.
Seating times are 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Reservations are weather dependent and will be fully refunded in the event of inclement weather.
