Guest Chef Dinner featuring Michelin-Starred Chef Nick Curtin

Please join us in celebrating the 150th anniversary of our storied mansion with Michelin-starred Chef Nick Curtin. Chef Nick, of Copenhagen’s acclaimed Alouette, will join forces with Aurelia’s culinary team for a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience. Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, he is returning to his roots for this milestone occasion.

Built in 1875 by renowned Harvard marine biologist and naturalist Alexander Agassiz, the mansion today is home to Aurelia, where contemporary New England cuisine shines with ingredient-driven, locally sourced dishes that highlight sustainability and seasonality. Sharing a similar ethos, Alouette- recipient of both a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star- is rooted in sustainability and equally committed to thoughtful sourcing, respect for ingredients, and a culinary style that balances innovation with a grounded sense of place.

This dining experience will take place on October 17 and 18, 2025, with four seatings offered each evening. Guests will enjoy a curated six-course menu celebrating Rhode Island’s local bounty, from peak-season produce to the region’s renowned seafood and artisanal purveyors.

Reservations will be available beginning September 17. The six-course menu is priced at $165 per person, with wine and spirit-free pairings available at an additional cost. For this event, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions to allow our guests to fully enjoy this experience.

The Agassiz Supper Club

The Agassiz Supper Club returns for the Fall season. Join us as our culinary team will be offering themes 3-course menus. The price is $50 per person not inclusive of tax and gratuity. We offer two seatings of 5:30PM and 7:30PM.

Maison Pommery Champagne Dinner

We are excited to host a special Maison Pommery Champagne Dinner as part of the Dîners de l’Excellence series. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with a 30-minute cocktail hour and passed canapés, followed by a four-course seated dinner at 6:30 PM, featuring four exceptional cuvées including the exclusive Apanage 1874. Tickets are $225 per person, offering guests a rare, immersive pairing experience guided by Pommery’s Cellar Master Clément Pierlot and enriched by insights from Pauline Vranken, Owner of Maison Pommery. For this event, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions to allow our guests to fully enjoy this experience.

Thanksgiving

Gather round the table for our traditional Thanksgiving Feast on November 27th at Castle Hill Inn! This year’s celebration will feature family-style appetizers, a choice of entrée, and a festive dessert buffet for $135 per person plus tax and gratuity. All the classic Thanksgiving side dishes will be served family-style to share around the table. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplaces and enjoy live music throughout the day as we celebrate the holiday together.

New Year's Eve Dinner & New Year's Day

Whether you are saying goodbye to the year that was or ringing in the new one, Castle Hill is the place to be.

Join us on New Year’s Eve on Wednesday, December 31st for a four-course dinner specially created by our culinary team. This joyous evening includes a champagne toast and live music for an entertaining night. $185 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Or join us for your first brunch of 2026 on New Year’s Day, Thursday, January 1. We’ll be serving from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm for parties up to 8 guests. $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.
