Sarah and Matt's wedding at Castle Hill can simply be described as a nautical fairytale, where everything was absolutely perfect. Photographer Kat Hanafin did a spectacular job of capturing all the beautiful moments on this couples special day. Every element was unique from the leather converse worn by the groom to the small nautical details scattered amongst the tent.
The beauty of Castle Hill Inn’s stunning landscape popped amongst the lovely display of fresh peonies and hydrangeas. This wedding was complete with the perfect compliments of light shades of pink and orange, from the beautifully letterpress invitations to the blush pink accent of the brides stunning wedding dress. Photographer, Caroline Frost did a stunning job of capturing this picturesque wedding.
Small playful elements made for the perfect wedding day for Lindsey and Dan. From the neatly letter pressed invitations with illustrations of hear-shaped octopus tentacles to the mustache lollipops placed on the table, everything was perfect on this crisp fall day. With a small sprinkling of rain, the skies opened up and gave way to one amazing sunset for Christiane and Bradley’s wedding at Castle Hill. As the deep orange accents of color descended across The Lawn, Snap!pictures captured unforgettable shots of the couple. This 1930’s inspired wedding was the perfect setting for warm hearts and warm skies.

The rain was no match for Tiffany and Gregory’s 1920’s inspired wedding, as the beauty of Castle Hill’s landscape shined through on this truly romantic day. Miriam and Scott set a very romantic ambiance to their May 20, 2012 wedding at Castle Hill in Newport, RI. In front of about 200 guests, the couple had a traditional Jewish wedding. The view at the ceremony was just as breath taking as the actual wedding!
The other day I was chatting with a bride about her upcoming wedding at Castle Hill and she asked the inevitable question, “What if it rains?!” It’s hard to imagine that your wedding photographs would not be completely destroyed by rain at a venue like Castle Hill. It’s gorgeous there, and there are endless possibilities for photos.
Castle Hill Inn in Newport, RI, with it's majestic views over Narragansett Bay and its spectacular positioning on Ocean Ave, is the perfect place for a romantic wedding. Christina and Andrew vintage-style wedding fit the couple perfectly, while matching the feel of Castle Hill.
When we met Quin and Sarah awhile back we fell instantly in love with them. Seperatley they are pretty fabulous, but together they are absolutely dynamic. The chemistry between them is palpable and their comittment to each other is awe inspiring.
This was definitely an affair to remember. Not a single detail was overlooked, and I started in the bridal suite with Ashley and her beautiful bridesmaids. I loved the robes, it made it much easier to remember names, and everyone just looked too cute in them!
If black bowties and white jackets are your thing, you’re going to eat this wedding right up. It’s all sorts of classy with a gorgeous bride to boot – and not to mention the stunning Newport views, a gorgeous design from Details with Love, and the cutest little pug you’ll ever see.
This was one of my favorite weddings from 2012; we finally got around to posting! Jessica was very inspired by Jacqueline Kennedy and she really embraced the vintage look in a beautiful way.
