60th ANNIVERSARY DINNER

On Friday, October 24th, in celebration of Relais & Chateaux’s 60th anniversary, Castle Hill Inn will welcome celebrated chef, Pablo Montero from Abadia Retuerta Le Domaine luxury hotel in Spain, for an evening of fine wine, exceptional dining and conversation. This highly coveted six-course gastronomic experience pairs the eclectic cuisines of Montero’s Spain with New England’s seasonal bounty from Chef Karsten. Fine wines from the Abadia Retuerta vineyards will be served during the elaborate meal.

Sharpen your culinary skills under the direction of our renowned Executive Chef Karsten Hart while enjoying a two-day culinary escape at Castle Hill amidst the breathtaking fall foliage. In addition to Chef Karsten, our Beverage Director Anthony Boi will bring out your inner sommelier with a wine tasting seminar, and you will receive expert baking advice from Newport Restaurant Group Executive Pastry Chef, Matthew Petersen. On Friday evening, for Relais & Chateaux’s 60th anniversary, we welcome celebrated chef Pablo Montero from Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine in Spain's iconic Duero Valley. This highly coveted gastronomic experience pairs the eclectic cuisines of Montero’s Spain with New England’s seasonal bounty from Chef Karsten, as well as fine wines from the Abadia Retuerta vineyards.
