** Packages are advance reservations only. We cannot offer a package change upon arrival. All packages are based upon availability, some restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to change our rates at any time, without notice. Packages must be prepaid at the time of reservation. Should you wish to cancel your package, you must do so 14 days prior to your arrival date. A $75.00 cancel fee is taken for all cancellations. Your payment is nonrefundable within 14 days of your arrival. Rates are based upon double occupancy. A 13% tax is applied to the room portion of your package only. We do not allow pets and are strictly a non-smoking inn.
