The Ocean Room is the former Drawing Room of the mansion and is the largest of our dining rooms. Distinct for its butternut paneled walls this room is ideal for rehearsal dinners, small wedding receptions and corporate gatherings.

Excludes holidays and special events. $5,000 food & beverage minimum must be met. Reservations must be made CHI PDR Sales Manager. Gratuity not included. Limit of 2 guests per room. Limit one overnight stay per customer. Valid on events booked March 1-May 31, 2011.
